TELUP is a company specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and multichannel marketing. We support businesses in optimizing their operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and growing their sales through tailored solutions.

Our services include, among others, customer relationship management, technical support, prospecting campaigns, as well as strategic guidance for our partners.

Included Services

As part of our turnkey offer, TELUP provides you with the following services:

  • Dedicated telemarketing agent(s): One or more specialized agents are assigned exclusively to your campaign for up to 22 business days per month.
  • Dedicated phone line(s): Each campaign is assigned exclusive lines to ensure consistent communication.
  • Customized sales CRM: Free creation and configuration of your HubSpot CRM tailored to your needs, with advanced features.
  • Free initial training: Kick-off and training session provided at no additional cost for your teams or for knowledge transfer.
  • Ongoing client support: Continuous assistance to address technical and administrative inquiries.
  • Dedicated account manager: A dedicated expert assigned to help you maximize your campaign’s performance.
  • Monthly strategic review: Regular strategy sessions to optimize actions and fine-tune your approach.

Contract Terms

Payment

The client authorizes TELUP to process monthly payments by credit card upon receipt of the invoice. An authorization form is required.

Late Payment Interest

Any unpaid balance is subject to interest of 2% per month (24% annually), applied to the following invoice.

Legal Compliance

TELUP operates in compliance with Quebec’s Law 25 on the protection of personal information and the National Do Not Call List (LNNTE). No commercial calls are made without prior explicit consent.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding any information exchanged within the scope of the business relationship, including documents, communications, scripts, data, and strategies.

Non-Solicitation Clause

Each party agrees not to solicit or hire the employees or subcontractors of the other party for a period of 24 months following the end of the engagement. A penalty of CAD $15,000 will be applied in the event of a breach.

Client Commitment

The client agrees to:

  • Actively collaborate with TELUP;
  • Provide the necessary information to ensure the smooth execution of the campaign;
  • Comply with the agreed billing and communication terms.

Governing Law

Ce contrat est régi par les lois de la province de Québec, et tout litige sera porté devant les tribunaux du district de Montréal.
